Neighborly Mobile App 2.0

Neighborly's mobile app underwent a redesign, so they needed a new customer-facing navigation tutorial.

The Inspiration

The clients wanted the video to be as straightforward as possible by showing customers a POV of someone using the app. Marketing already had storyboards (pictured above), so Zach and I were tasked with translating that to animation.
A few ideas had to be reworked not only for legibility, but also for portrait formatting to optimize viewing for mobile users.

We pulled from the Figma app files instead of building from scratch. I have a newfound respect for Figma users after hunting so many images down!
